Amanda & Kyle - September 2009 - San Diego

My most recent couple was Amanda & Kyle. I shot two separate engagement sessions with these two as well as their wedding. Every opportunity I get to work with a couple more before their wedding day is always great. Another amazingly kind and open couple - with equally welcoming families. Amanda also does wedding announcements for those of you brides out there interested. Their wedding ceremony took place at the La Jolla Presbyterian Church and their reception was at the US Grant - probably the most beautiful reception venue I've ever seen.

Sara & Cyril - August 2009 - San Diego

Sara and Cy are probably the most laid-back, chill couple I've ever photographed. They were so relaxed and so accommodating on the wedding day and treated me as a friend and a guest more than a photographer they'd just simply hired. The bride had three gowns - one for her traditional Catholic church ceremony, a beautiful red gown for her Vietnamese reception, and another sleek white gown she wore for the second half of the reception. I am still currently proofing this wedding, but here are a few teaser shots from their day:

Nicole & Jim - May 2009 - Phoenix, Arizona

Going to Phoenix for Nicole & Jim's wedding was a great time - and HOT! It was well over 100 degrees on the day of their wedding. Luckily, the wedding and reception took place inside at the Phoenix Art Museum, a beautiful venue that also had a great courtyard and garden. I hadn't met either Nicole or Jim before the wedding, just chatted on the phone during the months beforehand, but as soon as I met them that day, they treated me like I'd known them for years. Christie & Jon - April 2009 - San Diego

Christie and Jon are one of the sweetest, most generous, most caring couples you will ever meet! I had the pleasure of taking their engagement photos and also photographing their wedding earlier this year. I've become so close to them, in fact, that I consider them dear friends of mine. Their family welcomed me with open arms and treated me as one of their own. Truly a great experience. Here are a few photos from their special day in San Diego.

Nancy & Scott - March 2009 - Cabo San Lucas

I had an amazing opportunity to photograph Nancy & Scott's wedding in Cabo San Lucas in March. This was my first time in Mexico - and it definitely didn't disappoint!!! I would highly recommend Cabo for any potential couple or honeymooner! Here are a few shots from their beautiful beach wedding.
